How to Immigrate to Ontario?

Ontario is a great province in Canada, which also is home to the capital of this country called Ottawa. Their investment should be authorized, by the Ministry of Ontario. For completing the process of immigration to Ontario, they can then proceed in a manner similar to the existing employers of Ontario and submit a prescreening application for the positions that they want to be filled by foreign employees.  Such job offers can also be given to international students from an employer or a business in Ontario. The application fees, for such an employment offer, is 1500 dollars. This fee is payable by the employer or the applicant whosoever wishes to do so.

The province of Ontario is quite strict for applications made under this immigration to Ontario category. No incomplete applications are accepted under this category of OINP. Such applications are rejected and the application fee of 1500 dollars is also returned.

The international student with a job offer should have an accepted job offer in an occupation at the different skill levels of 0, A and B. The other requirements to be approved for such a job offer for an international student are:

• He should be a graduate from a Canadian university or a college in a program with a minimum length of at least two years.
• The application for the OINP should be made within two years of receiving the graduation degree.
• The job offer should consist of paid working hours of 1560 hours in a year.
