Singapore is an exciting place and the best feature about the country is that it is constantly reinventing itself and offers newer activities to do/places to go every time you visit it. Generally, when people think of Singapore they think of Bird Park, Night Safari, Zoo, Sentosa, Orchard Road, Chinatown, Clark Quay, and recently Singapore Flyer, casinos, and Universal Studio were added to the list. But there is more to Singapore than just these places.
The interior designers have the vision to give the limited space in our homes, a ‘wow’ factor and have the technical expertise to put their vision into reality, without compromising on the functionality of the house. In spite of all the expertise, the interior designers bring to the table, we should not leave the renovation of our house totally in their hands. Our home is an extension of our personality and our home should reflect that.
We start our day with morning ablutions and therefore, in effect, we start our day in the bathroom. The prerequisites of a decent restroom are space, lights, ventilation, storage space, and functionality. These aspects need to be applied to all the components of a bathroom, which are the overall room, basin area, toilet area and the bath area. Further, the bathroom should be accessorized well.
Almost everyone has a New Year’s resolution and the most common New Year resolutions are to either exercise more, or eat healthily or generally have a healthier lifestyle. However, it is still one of the most difficult resolutions to keep and people find a variety of reasons to justify their lack of commitment to the said cause.
Traveling requires a bit of planning and if you are going with children especially younger than 5 years old, it is best to be prepared. As adults, we can adjust to the time difference, erratic schedules, irregular eating easily but kids are generally not so adaptable especially when they are away from the comfort of their homes.
Being a “work from home” is not easy as apart from managing your official commitments the responsibility to manage everyone’s schedule, household chores also fall on you. Some of the tips that have helped me manage my time have been elaborated. It is most important to buy a planner and plan each day by listing the work you would like to accomplish each day.
Our relationships are one of the most important aspects of our lives but they require nurturing throughout the span of that association. There are a few principles we can abide by to foster our relations with others. Spend time with them and share your life with them. Express your love for them not just using words but through action.
Traveling to a new country is exciting, but it is critical to plan for these trips to avoid any untoward experience. Make a list of places to visit or things to do and buy tickets for attractions/museums wherever possible. Understand the geographical topography of the city to help you decide your place to stay. Familiarize yourself with the city further by checking out the mode of transportation mostly used in the city.
